Our range of high-performance coatings provides tough, cost-effective systems for the maintenance of steel and cladding substrates. We are approved applicators for a range of protective coatings from leading manufacturers such as Giromax and Tor Coatings. These specialist products treat specific issues related to cladding, such as cut edge corrosion and coating failures. The coating will repair and protect the panels, defending against weather damage and extending the lifespan of the external cladding. Once sprayed, the cladding panels are durable, weather resistant, hard wearing and colour fast. They can then be treated like new panels.

This is assured by our standard 10 years paint warranty.

We use a combination of cherry pickers, scissor lifts and aluminium towers to safely access the work area. All machinery is operated by trained and certified IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) painters. All aluminium towers are erected by PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers & Manufacturers Association) certified operatives. We keep cost to a minimum by using our own plant instead of hiring.

Cut edge corrosion

Existing roofing and cladding often exhibits corrosion along the cut edge which is a weak point for any previously applied coatings. As rust and corrosion permeate the cut edge, the paint starts to degrade and migrate from the substrate. Left alone for long enough and this corrosion will eventually start to let water into the building resulting in further damage. Our skilled operatives are fully trained in the application of Seamsil and Delcote coatings. We remove the loose paint from the cladding, roofs and guttering and then treat the corrosion with the Giromax systems.
